1. Fee Policy

All fees paid to Lawbridge Institute Pvt.Ltd. are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances..

2. Admission & Enrollment

Admission to any course/program is subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria as prescribed by the Institute.

3. Examination & Evaluation

Candidates must appear in and successfully pass the Online Examination conducted by Lawbridge Institute Pvt.Ltd.

Evaluation shall be carried out through a proper and standardized assessment process as decided by the Institute.

4. Issuance of Certificate

Certificate shall be issued only for certificate courses. Certificates shall be issued only after successful completion of evaluation and passing of the Online examination conducted by Lawbridge Institute Pvt.Ltd.

The Institute reserves the right to withhold or cancel certificates in case of malpractice, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with rules.

5. Re-Evaluation Opportunity

If a candidate fails to qualify for issuance of the certificate due to unsatisfactory performance in the evaluation, the candidate shall be provided two additional opportunities to appear for and pass the evaluation procedure, as conducted by Lawbridge Institute Pvt.Ltd., subject to the rules and schedule prescribed by the Institute.

6. Special class

No certificate shall be issued for special classes.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and follow the rules, regulations, and code of conduct of the Institute at all times.

8. Modification of Terms

Lawbridge Institute Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts only.
